Statewide Meeting Information

The Tobacco Free Kansas Coalition Statewide Meeting will be held at the GuestHouse Inn in Emporia on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 from 10:30 AM to  2 PM. At the July 15 Tobacco Free Kansas Coalition annual meeting, learn how to continue the momentum for clean indoor air policies at both the local and state level.   Local and state advocates will devise successful strategies, provide timelines and tools for both grassroots and communication strategies to achieve tobacco control goals.  In addition, legislators committed to an effective clean air law for Kansas will provide tips for getting other legislators to support the effort.

Driving Directions to the GuestHouse inn - 2700 W. 18th Ave. (Emporia)  If you are coming off of the turnpike from either Topeka or Wichita. Take Exit 127 Emporia, then proceed through the tolls,and get on I-35 North Kansas City. We are located off of I-35 if you take exit 128 Industrial take a right at the stop sign onto Industrial and then take you first left at the first stop light on to West 18th Avenue. We are located right beside Coburns Family resturant, we are the second building on the leftside of the street.
